I'm sorry isn't enough to convey my deepest apologies for losing your phone and messing up your computer.
I know you put a lot of effort into collecting other people's numbers and now if you want them back, you have to ask for them all over again. Perhaps, if you want, I can help you type in the numbers that I have on my phone or from another source aka. Facebook.
About your computer, I had a recurring dream that kept me awake about being at your laptop, and everything was working fine and I was saving your precious effort filled power point presentation onto a thumb drive.
I can't do a lot to help you recover it now, I can only pray Mr. Chia is up to the task.
If you need my help, either to help you source information or to just type while you dictate, I would be glad to help you in that way.

I'm not normally the type to dwell on mistakes, I prefer to look back at them once they have been solved and planning how to avoid them in the future.
I know times will probably get harder before they get any easier. I can assure you that I will be there for you thick and thin, doing what it is that you need me to do.
This is an apology with an aimed resolution at ensuring you that I whatever it is you require from me, I will do my very best to provide.
